Ok I've gotten some expectd pushback on my story. As I mentioned before,I started out to write a stroke story at worst or some hot erotica at best. And here I am at several thousand words along and despite many opporutnities, my hero hasn't gotten laid.In fact he's been careful to keep his hands to himself. As I wrote and rewrote this the same questions kept coming up. Here's a kid given the power to do whatever he wanted with women how does he handle it? He's flawed but basically a decent kid. Certainly not a rapist. And so far him having sex with these women would amount to rape. We all know how power corrupts is it going to corrupt him? How is it going to change him? To those of you who wanted to know where I'm going with this--that's where.
I started out to write a dang erotic stroke story. It will be easy, I thought. Just put in lots of sex. The problem is that sex by itself is pretty boring to write. So the story is quickly morphing into a 50's coming of age story. The other issue is that I tend to fall in love with my characters, I want to understand what makes 'em tick. So I'll write on and see what discoveries roll off my keyboard.
I'm taking a break from my serious writing to pen this coming-of-age story--Secret Diary of a Teenage Pervert. I plan to have fun with it and follow the story where ever it leads me. Some folks have complained about the short chapters and I get it but that's the way it's turning out. I plan to post as soon as I get a chapter written
