FINALLY!
I want to apologize to everyone for the delay in my little tale.
Along with life getting in the way, I seem to have lost my long-time editor. I've re-read this chapter several times, but I can't guarantee there are no clinkers hiding in the prose. If any of you spot a goof, please let me know and I'll post a corrected copy.
Now to finish the next chapter...
I want to apologize to all of you who have been waiting for the next chapter of Beth. I've re-written "5" twice and I'm still not totally happy with it.
Please hang in there. All things come to those who wait, right? (I hope!)

Both my editor and myself managed to miss the double Thanksgiving reference. I've submitted a corrected copy.
Thanks to everyone who gently suggested that I screwed the pooch.
Hopefully I'll be able to get back to a more regular posting schedule.
