AND some very good news: Quantum Mechanic volunteered to manage the Swarm authors’ discussion list – a project I never got going. Those of you who let me know you’d like to be included, those we still have addresses from the old list, and new authors of Swarm stories – will soon receive an invite to the new Swarm Google Groups. If you don’t get an invite within a few days, or are new to the idea and want to be included, let me or QM know.

Oh, woe is me! My weekly downloads dropped below 400...

Normally I average 500/week, even when I'm not currently writing/posting. Indulge me while I whimper a little and assure you that there really is a DiD story in the works. A glass of VSOP brandy might soothe the pain. We'll see...

Allan Joyal has a new work in progress, and boy are his creative juices flowing. It's not a sex oriented story. In fact, there's none so far, but it's turning into a hell of a ride. Anyway, it isn't posted on SOL, so google "Allan Joyal showcase manager" and enjoy the ride as much as I am. The story is 'in progress' for those who care.

You may have noticed that stories by Gina Marie Wylie are returning to SOL. I bid a semi-sorrow welcome back. She is a favorite who left SOL to host her own story site beyondthefarhorizon and to publish some of her books for profit. (Her Kinsella universe books are still available.)

Over the years, Gina suffered a number of health issues, was no longer able to maintain her site, and gradually shut it down - finally closing it at the end of September 2025. Some few of us were able to send her site a final farewell. That's the bad news.

As of this writing, she is still alive. That's the good news and that Laz is porting her stories here, many of them returns that she had taken down. I understand, maybe mistakenly, that other authors' stories that had been posted on her site will also be ported here. Folks, this is a stellar author whose lack of new works will be missed. BUT do not miss her returning stories as they reappear. Some are not particularly erotic, but all are very well done. My favorite is Spitfire and Messerschmitt which I hope to see appear here soon for you. (I saved a copy when it was first published!)

On another note - my own work in progress, the DiD story Bonnie Princess Charlene slowly emerging. I like it so far, but the characters persist in telling me more than I originally intended. My fingers just don't work like they once did, and my typing skills were never the best. I never start uploading until a story is complete, so it will probably be a while before you see it.
