An explosion and fire leaves Cosette, 10, and her mom Syl in crisis, they stay with their divorced neighbor Julie. But where's Sette's dad (Theo)? At Julie's, her ex-husband and his gorgeous admin (now his 2nd wife) visit often, staying, uh, overnight. Together in her bed. Really? How does that even work? Theo is back; he's studly in bed but unemployed, they're at risk for homelessness. Fond of Sette, Julie worries. What to do? (No under 14 sex.)

An unusual family with three brothers and three sisters from 9 to 17 years old. Circumstances force the oldest two, step-siblings, both 17, male and female, to share a bed. Proximity fuse has been lit! At least the younger four (2 boys, 2 girls) are in separate bedrooms. First kisses. First times. There's trouble before the middle sister's Sweet 16 party, and worse trouble after.

Two families of four have brought RVs to secluded campsites at a clothing-optional park. When the daughter of one meets the son of the other, sparks fly. It's his first experience with a naked girl of his own age. But the son's sister is miserable and frantic to hide her secret. Then she spies on the other family and sees a whole lot more than just nudity! Original version Dec. '22; Revised+Extended Feb 2024.

Emmie's going to college. She's found a great place to live, and an incredible bonus in the back yard garage. Even better, her big studly boyfriend can help with the garage find, and he's great with his tool(s). He really is. It's a whole new kind of "Hot in Philadelphia." Except for the Phillies, they're still terrible.

Newly commissioned Lt. Elson is assigned a new commanding officer who exploits him sexually (for money). She eventually starts beating him before forcibly taking her pleasure. Reaching the breaking point, his wife Heather steps in to take charge of the situation, forcing a "switch" on his oppressor. In the long run, a new relationship is created, where bondage is not the only goal. No scars or blood. (An experimental story, outside my usual genre.)

Roberto is 18 and preparing for university. His big problem is dating, he turns to his parents for help. Once they get him going, he meets the woman who changes his life forever. And her daughter, age 4. In a laundromat, of all the unlikely places! In this story, lust and love inter-twine. Food plays a big part. There's a little pee play in the shower. Nobody gets naked with the little girl. Buying a major appliance is a romantic gesture. Tiny bit of Ma/Ma.

Revised 12/22, Original was 2/21. An entitled school bully strikes a near-mortal blow, tearing apart a poor Texas family. Archie leaves home to, he thinks, save his family, surviving in the ruins of a formerly prosperous coast. He must find his way back, from pain and fear to a new life with family, friends, and sweet sexy romance.

(Revised Feb. 2023) Roger La Pine is attending a small college when he comes home to his large Mormon family in Idaho for Christmas. He's got a secret problem, his oldest sister has a secret problem, and soon they must travel together for a secret purpose. Almost no potatoes. Gambling in Reno. Nine yr. old little sister gets a shock (but everyone is wearing clothes). There will be blood, and worse. A river runs through it. Tied up with a happy ending!

Longtime friends Barry and Larry are on the back porch after (high) school with their laptops. Is that homework on their screens? The hot young widow next door sees repetitive motions through their fence's knot hole, and videos them. Maybe she can offer something non-electronic for their laps, hmm? When she's done, those 2 guys and their 2 girlfriends have poked through their first fence line to adulthood and found love.

... But Stupid is as Stupid Does. George barely finished high school with an un-diagnosed learning disability. By chance, he found a coach to help him learn and communicate. He got a better job as a bookkeeper. One day a young woman, Annette, sought help. His loving parents accepted her into their home. Growing closer, they courted, as far as her battered (yet beautiful) body allowed. Then came the lawyers. Motivational flan. Backyard nudism. Waffles. Family ties. The women's clinic.
