"One citizen attacking another within the city during rutting season is the most heinous of crimes. Punishment is usually metered out via sprite attack, until the transgressor is no longer a citizen. This has not been the case here!" Jade stared intently at the Golden. "Why did you feel the need to embellish your story, Healer Jasmine? If a non-entity manages to regain her citizenship, and she is fortunate enough that her victim loses hers in the process, there is no one left to legally level charges against her."

"Enforcer, what do you mean?" Jasmine asked softly.

Jade laughed. "Your story doesn't hold together, citizen!" She stared directly at the Golden's erect cock. "No sprite stole your honey this day. Your orifices are still closed. Jasmine gently lowered her foot. "I suppose that's only just. Take care of your sibling, Iris. I leave her to you."

Still exhausted, the new sprite managed to climb to her feet and stagger onto the fingers and walk to the center of the palm. "I'm so sorry!" she sobbed as she rose with dizzying speed into the air. "Iris, I'm so terribly sorry!"

I have a clone in my belly." She said softly as she slowly, seemingly aimlessly walked around the room. "I'm nothing but a non entity broodmare now."

Lily felt herself calming under the gentle stroking. "I, I'm not. I'm a damned sprite, but thank the Creator nobody seeded me!"

Iris stopped walking. The sunlight streamed through the open shutters at her back. "I was going to change the world." She said with a whimper. "Snowflakes would have been able to hold their heads up high!" she slowly turned.

"It's not too late." Lily said with forced cheerfulness. "You'll manage to become a citizen again before you know it!"

Iris looked over at Jasmine, who seemed quite content to watch the show. She knew in her heart that the Golden would never permit that to happen! She sighed. "Very few Snowflakes manage to regain their citizenship once they reduce to my size."

"Don't give up, Iris!" Lily shouted. "If anyone can, it will be you! It will take me longer, but I will stand by your side again, and we can make your dream a reality!"

"Goodbye, Lily!"

The sprite nearly fell off her feet as Iris suddenly turned. A scream left her throat when she saw how close she was to the window box, and its sole green occupant. "Iris, what are you doing?" Instinct took over as her sibling reached out with huge fingers to break her new wings. Lily leapt into the air. "Iris, don't!"
