Emma’s first night in the hotel she woke up in a sweat. She checked the thermostat, dialed it all the way to cold, and checked the vent. Warm air verging on hot. She called the front desk and reported the problem.
“No worries,” the desk clerk told her. “I’ll call Hank at Off the Fritz and he’ll get it straightened out snap snap.”
“Snap snap,” Emma said, in place of thanks, or perhaps goodbye, she supposed.

“What happened to snap snap?” Emma asked, keeping her tone light.
Hank shrugged.
“Okay then, Emma said, “I’ll just portal to someplace cooler.”
And snap snap she was there, along with a sizeable polar bear.
“Busted seal,” Emma explained.
The polar bear smiled and shrugged.
