Apparently, some hotel tycoon needed to convert it into the restaurant for his hotel and was willing to overpay for its fair market value price by more than half a million, too. Yes, folks, you’re now looking at a multi-millionaire! Sabrina retired with me, as she’s now entitled to half of my wealth, anyway.
