Larry/Lucy does not like the use of the title Ladyboy because it has the word "boy" in it. She certainly does not feel like a boy. Probably the term "Transgendered" is better to describe Larry/Lucy but it sounds so scientific and medically correct. Larry/Lucy lives in Manila and works for a big American company because she/he speaks perfect English and edits manuscripts for writers. She has a lot of Ladyboy friends but generally keeps her dual gender a secret when out on dates with foreign businessmen and clients. She will be writing a series of stories about her encounters with "straight" people who seldom are aware of her secret.
