South of the Mason Dixon, language takes on its own flavor and patterns. One of the richest dialects is sadly dying out, but in my earlier years, it was live and vibrant.
To hear is spoken by the older people today is to return to a earlier, unhurried time.
Gentlemen were never Mister, but rather the richer flavored, Mizza. Ladies were of course, Mizz...
Having grown up with a rich tradition of savory language and story telling, it is a must that I continue the tradition.
