A scrabbler hobbyist who scribbles his mind on paper so the educated can decipher sense from scrawls and doodles. Kunda’s writing interest sparked out of the need to read something about his own people written by fellow tribesmen. He is an extraordinary individual who is never intimidated by what he lacks but exploits his God-given talents to the full.
He has written several non-fiction articles that have appeared in the Times of Zambia and The Independent observer Zambia. His fiction article has been published by Nthanda Review.
A high school graduate with diplomas in Marketing and Sales Management from London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, National School of Salesmanship and Certificates from the University of Zambia. His interest in storytelling led him to study for a Diploma in comprehensive writing with the Writers Bureau of U.K
He has authored a self-help book in Cibemba, Zambian language, titled: Boloko- Indalama E Kantu. His new fiction story titled: Isembe Talitwa, also in Cibemba has just been published. My Outlandish Money Lender, another fiction story will be published later this year.
Kunda’s pastime activities include reading, travelling and watching soccer. Kunda lives with his three children in Chingola, a copper mining town in Zambia. In his spares time, he enjoys learning the art of fatherhood and secrets of good husbands from his elders and marital manual, the Holy Bible.
