1: Human Phoenix by Refusenik If you have to have some science fiction, this is the way to do it.
The character development is excellent.
I liked the guy and his characters.
Thanks!
4: Beth by Pixy VI Pixy creates believable characters that I want to learn more about. A LOT more. Hint, hint!
I was drawn in after just a few pages. I find that true of most of Pixy VI's stories.
6: Lucky Man by DeYaKen One of the best of the genre here folks.
Well thought through with excellent writing.
No wimpy men or women for that matter.
7: The Wrong Side of Smart by Jezzaz Wow!A new angle on the loving wives category, well new for me at least! This was a well-thought-out and well delivered story of the unsatisfied wife.
The writing is excellent, and the storyline is too. The different scenarios the author takes the protagonist through allows quite the development of her character. Even though the the end was a foregone conclusion, the path taken to reach that point was excellent. About the only problem I saw was the dialogue with her sister towards the end.
