I Was Sitting in the Bar on a Monday Night by Writer Mick I just read this story straight through. again. I’m not very good at saying why I love the stories I like. You’ll find this one is listed as a favorite by other, more articulate authors than I. It’s an unusual situation, with characters you can’t help sympathizing with and rooting for. And it is romantic as all get out, which is what I like, these days.
Lifeline by Jay Cantrell two courtroom stories, full of brilliant maneuvering all complicated by the protagonists personal situations. not just clever but heartfelt. touching, but great fun.
The Masks We Wear by Bebop3 Sympathetic characters, an interesting and Original plot, and believable levels of beginning romance. This is one of the stories I reread.
Mr and Mrs America by Jezzaz I'm in my 80s, looking for perspective on my almost ordinary life, and this tale helped. There are other reasons, plenty of them, but that's the one I can articulate.
No Strings Attached by Cheryl Terra Sentimental, compelling, and very real in the depiction of good people working through their issues. Good sex scenes, tieing The characters' motions to their emotions. Even better when I reread it several years after my first reading.
Unending Night by Jay Cantrell I am not very good at saying why I like particular stories. But this and it’s sequels together form a really really good one.
