I'm looking for stories that have some amazingly written fights.
The Needles & Delaney stories by Todd_d172, starting with "An Angry Man" and three next tales in The Shack series.
amazingly written fights
They would have to be amazing. If the author tells in detail about all the actions in the fight, the missed punches, the feints, the footwork etc, it would probably take longer to read than the fight would actually have taken.
If the author skips over most of that detail and just tells the critical actions, the fight scene loses much of its intensity and impact.
It's a tricky dilemma to solve.

Those are the fights I enjoy as a reader. the feeling that every attack failed or not might do some serious damage. it's the intensity without the heartbreak of dramas mostly. I'm not saying that every fight has to be 'amazingly well written' just the important ones.
I'm thinking you should have defined the nature of the fight. Fist fight, gun fight, martial arts fight, etc.
Rlfj's Grim Reaper series has some excellent combat scenes that come later in the series when the MC is deployed to Iraq.

Kenn Ghannon's Pretty Capable has gun fights, fist fights and fighting in a home made Ironman style suit. Out Marvelling Marvel, its a fun read and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately the sequel contain gross sexual violence and dehumanizing / mind breaking of slaves, so I don't recommend it.

The battle scenes at the later part of this sequel are very well handled
