Specifically, with physiologically realistic intersex characters. I know of a couple, two of them my own, and the other being The Wrong Side of Pink by CWatson (which I highly recommend).
Note this excludes futanari stories. I've nothing against futas—the idea is a fun fantasy, and I've read many a futa doujinshi in my day and even written a story or two. However, comma, it is entirely fantasy—real intersex anatomy don't work like that. I am looking for realistic intersex characters.
Yes, there's the Hermaphrodite tag, but that's got a buttload of futa stories I failed to wade through, and it's actively inaccurate to call intersex conditions hermaphroditism. Given CWatson above didn't use that tag, I strongly suspect that other authors, especially with AIS characters (who are externally typical female), didn't either.
