Forum: Story Recommendations

I just recently read Harold Robbins's "79 Park Avenue" for the second time. The first time I read it was about 20 years ago when I was in my early 20's. It's certainly not one of my top 10 favourite books, it's full of logical non-senses and Robbins's pen seems to get tired in the middle of the book. But still, it's been written in 1955, a long time before the 1970's when Robbins started to write full crap.

What I enjoyed in the book was the first part where 15 years old Marja has grown into a full woman and has to get used to men sexualising her. Robbins creates a few nice scenes where Marja catches her step-father ogling on her while she gets dressed up in her room and her male schoolfriend walks in on her in the shower. Marja doesn't hesitate to defend herself, but she also knows how to use the power of her sensuality to get some discount from the old creepy candy storekeeper, to say an example.

I've tried to find some stories with similar scenes where teenage girls are being watched in some state of nudity, written from the girls view and describing their thoughts and feelings. One of the elements I liked in Robbins's book was that the tiny old-fashioned (the novel is based in the mid-1930's) tenement apartment didn't have much to protect Marja's privacy, as even the bathtub was in the kitchen!

The search engines hasn't so far been helpful for me, so I thought I could ask some help from this forum to find these stories.

Check out the Naked in School Universe. It has many stories where things similar to what you mentioned are happening.

Barbar's Bec (just the first story, and only at the start of it) has the MC and her teen sister punished for fighting with loss of privacy; probably not quite what you're looking for as the family is careful to not invade their privacy too much.

Not quite what I'm looking for, though. I'm looking for some more casual scenes. To give you some idea for what I'm searching for, I'll copy a paragraph of Robbins's novel, where 15 years old Marja is in her room getting ready to school:

She threw off the bathrobe and slipped out of the pajama top. Deftly, in almost the same motion, she stepped into her panties and reached for the brassiere on the dresser. A flash of light caught her eye, and she looked into the mirror over the dresser.

The door behind her was open and she could see into the kitchen. Her stepfather was seated at the table, watching her. A look of contempt came into her face. He dropped his
eyes.

Still watching him, she slipped the brassiere straps over her arms and fastened it. Then she turned and walked to the door. He looked up again. She stood there silently a moment, then closed the door quickly and finished dressing.

It was Marja's mother who had left the door open when she had woken the girl up (and scolded her for once again sleeping in the nude). Besides fantasising myself seeing a well developed, large breasted (Robbins reminds of this on almost every page) girl half-naked, I found it hot that the mom didn't seem to have any problem with her new husband seeing her daughter dressing up. Another strangely erotic thing that I liked was that in that tiny apartment there was so little privacy for the girl. In another scene the step-father caught the girl getting a quick wash by the kitchen sink.

So basically, I'm looking for some casual scenes where teenage girls are being seen in some state of nudity, and where their feelings about it are described. I don't know if I'm rambling too much now for you to get any idea...
