Are there any stories where the husband gets shared? I prefer if the women don't engage in sexual activities and absolutely no incest. A hypothetical setting could be sharing husband so that the wife's friend could get pregnant.

It might be worth looking at Stangstar06's oeuvre. IIRC, some of the cheating wife stories have the cheater readmitted as a sort of second wife to the new encumbent after she's served an adequate penance.
