Is there some story where being the school slut had consequences later in her life? Whether not being considered marriage material, or not getting the man she wants, or getting a permanent disease, etc. The more drama the better.

Well, while not exactly the "School Slut", the character Linda in my "County Boy, City Girl" series jokingly called herself the "Handjob Queen" of her Junior High.
And yes, there were repercussions in her life afterwards, as she finally admits to her boyfriend in the first book her total number of guys jacked off before him was 50, but is really over 100.
But what are the consequences later in life?
Carpel tunnel and RSI in all joints in both hands and jaw?

Becoming sterile because of too many STDs, for example.
Never had that. But I do have one that becomes HIV positive.
Going to college on a football scholarship with three young children in tow, each by a different father.
Filming movies as a James Bond-type heroine and doing life-threatening stunts while heavily pregnant.
