Looking for stories that are set on a fantasy medieval setting. Similar to lord of the rings or the like, preferably a male protagonist.
I have known fantasy lover but for me their work's protagonist just keeps getting this his way.
I would also prefer if it has explicit sex but even if it's not so explicit.
Ka Hmnd also has a number in medievalesque fantasy worlds, but his protagonists also have few real challenges, so maybe not what you are looking for.
"Storm and Stone" by Lord Winter falls into that category. MC falls through a hole in the floor of a cave and winds up in a world with most of the standard fantasy characters, but in different roles than they are usually found. And there's magic too.
