Most real life female lead marriages are not cuckold relationships in my experience.

I have nothing against cuckold relationships. However most of those stories paint the woman as a sex fiend who is looking for reasons to have sex with whomever she wants except for her husband.

I'm really looking for a loving BDSM relationship where the wife is the head of the household. She loves her husband and wants him to be better. She treats him as a valued submissive in the household. Ideally, the story would have vanilla children and family that either know or suspect that the wife is the one who is at least in charge. but are not involved in the couples sex or bdsm life.

It's not my thing, so I can't make specific recommendations, but an advanced category search for

returns 639 stories.

adding -Fa/Fa -ft/ft -Fa/ft still leaves over 440 stories.

So they are out there.

If you don't mind science fiction you might try looking at the Pinwheel universe. Three of the four highest scoring stories returned by the search above are from that universe.

I was using the complex form of the category search which allows dynamically excluding selected tags. This is a premier function and I have no way of knowing if you have a premier membership.

Yes, I have the premier membership because I have written quite a few stories on the site.

Many of the femdom stories cast the women as sex feinds or villains And I'm really looking more for an authentic, loving relationship even if there's a little dysfunction

It's still difficult even with the tags to find something to my tastes. I appreciate that though.

Thank you Radagast. I am not just looking for role reversal as it relates to ownership of property.

I'd like to see that in the family dynamic. The boys and Dad of the house have set bed times, and have to get approval on what they were - the girls do not. Etc.

However, I'd also like to see the sexual component between the man and the woman and hopefully some domestic discipline if he fails to take out the trash/wash the dishes etc.

I would argue that it is not seeing them as sex fiends but the writer acknowledging the natural human tendency to get on a power trip.
IOW:
I can do whatever I want and there is nothing you can do about it.

Yes but as a formula its a trope. Most Flr i know of are not this way. Most male doms are not either.
