To fit into the Runesmith Chronicles monster girls idea, the dragon would have to be female and at least somewhat anthropomorphic.

I've not only read everything that's been posted so far for the Runesmith Chrnoicles, I've re-read it a couple of times.

There are monster girls based on giant carnivorous plants, the main body is mostly underground with a singular very large flower, tentacle vines and an human shaped "avatar" body,

And there are slime girls that are somewhat amorphous (like a human sized amoeba), but they can also pull themselves into a humanoid shape.

But nothing so far that's just a mass of tentacles.
