I recently read "Twin Girlfriends" by Strudel...premier only but it can be found elsewhere.
And I'm looking for more like it. Something where the MC dates, or otherwise has a relationship with identical twins/triplets/etc. The turn on here is that they're identical, and that the MC can't tell the difference between them.

There's a story the meets your criteria but I can't remember the title, and can't seem to come up with the right search terms either.
Twin brothers, protagonist can't stand sister-in-law and she feels the same. One day she comes to him and asks him to get her pregnant. Turns out brother is sterile, doesn't know it, and she doesn't want to tell him. Her thinking is that since they are identical twins, there would be no way to prove which brother is the father. She feels she can't go to a clinic so they do it the old fashioned way.

Is there a story that has a pair of identical twin women who date a pair of identical twin men?
I'm not sure, but there is/was a pair of couples that were identical twins, so one out of each set of twins married the other so that when they have kids they will be both legally double cousins as well as genetically brothers / sisters.
I forgot to add that they live next door to each other in homes that mirror each other
not sure where in the U.S it was but it was at least 15 years ago.
