This story will probably never be finished. Spacerx has been MIA for a long time and his website is now 404.
I'm not sure which website you are referring to but I googled SpacerX and there is a website which exists. I do recall he changed URLs at some point in the past.
I won't post the url here due to Lazeez's rules but it's on the first page of my Google search.
But Reasonable Bounds has apparently been finished. (I didn't read it but I see he has a sequel up on that website.)
It's not finished on his website either. The progress of the story is exactly the same both there and here on SoL, it's just been split up in 3 parts more obviously on his website. It hasn't been updated anywhere for years.
I checked again and now it's working again. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the ongoing stories, Reasonable Bounds and Dating Maggie, will ever be finished. The stories haven't been updated in a couple of years.

A lot of FantasyLover's stories fit the bill.
Note that the OP specifically mentions no incest. Most of FantasyLover's stories would fail on that point.
