Odd Man in College by Ernest also has elements of recovering from mental health issues. Though not specifically stated depression seems to be the root issue with the stated issues being symptoms of that depression.
I don't recall that he was ever diagnosed, but the MC in Hardtimes by Lazlo Zalezac had some definite symptoms of depression...
MC is a chick, otherwise Heroes by Don Lockwood is a great example.
