Sorry I can't help, but it reminds me of a TV series I saw a while back. The woman was a prim-and-proper ice maiden lawyer by day, a drunken slut indulging in gratuitous sex (one night stands only) by night. I can't remember the name of the series.

No, that story, woman gets drunk does something bad and is blackmailed into becoming a sex slave. Severe abuse.
Frankly (coming in late), is doesn't sound like there's much story there, so the chances of finding it in another story is unlikely. It might be an interesting dynamic, but there's simply no inner conflict to drive a story. More than anything else, it sounds like a romance on the road to disaster.
One alternative, though (for new stories, perhaps) is using a slight twist, where the woman who can only have sex with her boyfriend when drinking, is also not particular who she sleeps with once she is. Now that has plenty of conflict to drive any number of stories, especially as complications arise. It wouldn't even require any blackmail, coercion, D/S or pregnancy scares.
That does sound interesting. Like, the boyfriend is aware that she only puts out when drinking and that she DOES put out when drinking, then finds out that she'd attended a party or two with friends and he wonders whether or not she drank and what came of it.
