I guess my story The Cure counts as that, though the main character doesn't remember that much about his past.
"Game World" by The Blind Man is science fiction, but the tech doesn't really show until late in the story.

I'm planning a three-book series, Stumbling Over that's completely sci-fi based with some sex, but is primarily about three scientists who've screwed up time and are trying to find each other in their new lives so they can correct their mistakes.
Unfortunately, I've got several ongoing stories cued up ahead of it, so it'll likely be some time before it's published or posted.
