Since the author has turned off the review option for all posted stories,
I'm not sure he ever had the opportunity to turn it on as that feature is a recent addition to SOL and Marsh Alien quite posting over 10 years ago. And I agree that it is a shame.
He pushed his stories onto a couple of other sites - https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/marshalliankey - but I don't think there's anything there which is not here. Still, the bio is cool.
