I'm looking for a story with a male lead shorter than the women he has relationships with.
Thanks
Is Ma/Ma a major theme, or is it something that happens just once or is it about side characters? I've been considering this but I usually don't like gay or bisexual protagonists so I've been on the fence about this one..
I am not AJ but...
No, it is not a major theme. He is hetero, but the god he serves, well, you have to read it. The M/M stuff is once, maybe twice, not super involved or even super detailed, it just is.
I tend to skip gay and bi stuff too, but this didn't bother me.

The two scenes are a bit gross - I guess the author was trying to imbue the gods with a 'mysterious ways' type of aura - but they're easily skipped over.

By the way, do you know if the other stories in the John Carter universe are similar? I've never read them because of the Ma/Ma tags but they are some of the highest rated stories here and if the Ma/Ma isn't a big deal there either, I'd be interested in them!
They are. M/M is present, but it is the exception, not the rule. The John Carter group marriage has a scene or two, spread over a couple of books.
Here's the funny thing, they always made me feel like the author put them in there to tick off a plot point, not like they were really needed and they are easily skipped over without detracting from the story at all.
The Inches Between Us is a new story that is just getting going, and so far, I like it. Author is DFL_Runner.
It is very specific though, the MC being a dwarf, so it may not be exactly what you want.
You might take a look at the Florida Friends series by Dual Writer. The third story, Job Hunt, introduces Chuck Johnson and his Bobby and her family. That should do it!
Wes Boyd's Picking up the pieces. Just one tall woman, but she needs to wear high heels to remind her to duck through doors.
