Forum: Story Recommendations

Hi.

I'd like to find some long stories where the protagonist have a tragic past and is healing from it. What I'm interested in is the healing process, so I don't really want bad shit to keep happening to him. So nothing like Dark Days by reluctant_sir for an example. I'm more hoping for something like All for the Love of a Girl by OldSarge69. Or atleast the blurb of that sounds like something I'd like, I haven't read it yet as it's too short at the moment, so I'll wait and see when it's finished.
