I'm looking for stories about being and emts, doctor, etc. I would like for them to be long stories going through there school lifes, but will settle for anything. I would prefer the to be without harem and polygamous. I like single relationships. Thank you.

John Wales has a story that is about a doctor at least in part.

Over on his Spearfish Lake tales site Wes Boyd has a couple that might fit: Hiding Patty covers the recruitment and settling in of a small town doctor, covering some of the backstory; The Last Place You Look has an MC who is a Medical equipment distributor and part-time Emergency Medical Technician. Also, Picking Up the Pieces shows Dr. Eve McClellan, a clinical psychologist, at work as a major (but not the main) character, with backstory in The Girl in the Mirror.

ETA2: on SLT, a story thread in Forgotten Killer is the arrival of the recently recruited doctor who retires in Hiding Patty.
It's not yet complete, and starts with High School graduation. The MC dates a lot, but it's typical college fare.
