The best one I can think of is Dilettante's 'The Best of Both Worlds' but I'm looking forward to what others come up with.
I'm sure BlueDragon and Michael Loucks have plenty of examples in their oeuvres and they're bound to be well-written too.

We all like different things, so what I consider the best (a scene in a long-forgotten dead-tree novel) may not appeal to others.
However I've just seen @Vlad_Inhaler's post and I have to admit that Ryan Sylander's 'Opus One' may be better than my SOL suggestions.

My favourite would probably be A Friend in Need by Heathen57. I don't recall any specifics from the sex scenes there, but I really liked the characters and the threesomes relationship with each other. So while it might not be the "hotest" 2 girls 1 guy scenes there, for me it's still the "best" threesome that comes to mind out of those I've read.
