What i am looking for is an andventure, fiction, preferably historical or not. Similar to my favorite The Earl's Man by Fantasy Lover's or like one i have just read,"The Leader is Born" and its sequel "A nation is Formed" looking for similar concepts, like military, wars, enginerring concepts Amy farming etc. either it is historical fiction or in another planet. If A story is lengthy that would be good to, cause i am not tok fond of short storie they finish tok quicly. So whatever of you folks know sth please tell me..

You might like to try The Blind Man's "Gateway - What Lies beyond". It has many of the elements you've mentioned.

Are those on SOL (I couldn't find them). If not, where can I find them?

They are from Invid Fan: The Saga of Nowy Poland

Well, there are several others by Fantasy Lover you may want to look at. Another set of books might be by Scotland-the-Brave starting with Surviving.

Some of the time-travel novels listed on http://do-over.wikifoundry.com/page/Far+Past+Time+Travel have the same elements.

Argon has two universes that deal with historical fiction. The Anthony Carter Universe is group of stories about the British Navy during the Napoleonic wars and afterwards while the Knights and Commoners Universe is late medieval with a variety of themes.

I can recommend Quentin Durward by Sir Walter Scott, available for free on gutenberg.org and Amazon also has it for free.

Thanks, mate i Just finished the Magestic it was King but i loved it. I really like a series of books, long stories keeps u waiting for More and when they finish u accept it easily than thinking its u finished or sth.

No problem. I know what it is like being totally absorbed in a story. I will have to see if I have read that one. So many stories over the years they all blur together until I look at the description. Of course if I haven't read it in a while I may reread it.
