I read the OP as looking more for stories about living a celebrity life style rather than about celebrities.
Most of the stories here tagged "celebrity" are fan fiction stories about real celebrities, but don't show much of the celebrity life style.
'Runaway Train' by Jay Cantrell is a good look at the world of recording artists via the life of a fictitious country singer, 'A Flawed Diamond' does the same for professional baseball. In both cases, the celebrities are more of a composite of real people, but are not real themselves. But from what I have learned about the workings of both of those industries, the stories are very real.
