A search on SOL, shows 11 stories with Harry Potter in the title, though most are fairly short, plus I know of at least two others that are completed and are much longer.

Which will have a few originals not found elsewhere, and also have a number of more (sexually) graphic versions than the fanfiction.net version. (Many authors shuffled their stuff over to there when fanfiction.net went on anti-smut/anti-porn purge of stuff several years ago.

From a user standpoint, it should also be noted that hpfanficarchive.com also allows for direct download of the available stories as .doc files either by chapter, or as an entire story. Also, hpfanficarchive has a "no slash" requirement, so you're highly unlikely to find any male/male action going on within its stories.
archiveofourown (referred to as AO3 by many) also supports downloading of it's posted stories, in a variety of formats. (Mobi, Epub, PDF, or HTML) AO3 also allows for naughtier stuff then Fanfiction.net has permitted.
Authors of note: Red Jacobson does mostly Harry harem stories with various twists on them. Although they often share a certain ruleset. (He also has a thing for the Buffy series, so crossovers tend to happen, Xander tends to end up with a Harem of his own too)
Robst is a long-since inactive writer who has some large stories posted on fanfiction.net that were fairly unique prior to his going there, but he's also on the smutty side, but he somehow avoided the purges.
For a non-smutty one that is getting rather long, and seeing routine updates every weekend, "Divided and Entwined" has been an interesting read so far. After the events in 4th year, during the course of 5th year the ministry basically(but not totally) surrenders to virtually all of the demands of Voldemort and his followers. Hermione Granger and a number of older Muggle Born (and some younger) students take exception to that, and start making plans to fight back.... Using non-magical means whenever it's more convenient for them to do so. So, use of (magically duplicated) highexplosives to knockdown wards, or just to remove the building and its occupants as well while they're at it. Use of sniper rifles and more regular rifles (by Muggleborns) so they can out of range the wizards on the other side. As a multi-front civil war unfolds in Wizarding Britain, and its aftermath.
Nettiet68 has an interesting time-travel monster as well, the ritual that sent him back was botched, and it resulted in many things being altered, and "the fates" getting involved. Although it also started grinding along after a while, it also has Buffy cross-over stuff going on to a limited degree(mainly just seeing the main cast members). Three part series that evidently just had a new chapter added after a several month hiatus. It gets smutty at times, but those instances are very few, and very far in between. It is very graphically violent though.

Of course, it should be noted that much of the stuff on the fanfic sites is relegated to experience via speech-to-text for me, as the quality there is wildly variable between authors. I found listening to many stories much more tolerable than actually trying to read them, probably in part because it freed me up enough that I could be doing other things at the same time and tune out the truly terrible/boring parts. :)

A rather nice BtVS/HP crossover can be found at the Crystal Hall 2. Harry Potter and the Deadly Heller. Written by Diane Castle. Oddly for that site, no TG elements to the story. Ginny Weasley is a Slayer. I'm not a Buffy fan, nor am I all that much into HP, but I enjoyed reading it as she posted it.
A useful program for downloading stories from FanFiction.net is the aptly named Fan Fiction Downloader
