I'm sure all of us would enjoy reading stories involving revenge on HOA Karens.
Any suggestions?

Just put hoa into quick search and was surprised that a few HOA stories showed up. Unknown if any deal with revenge on hoa karens
If you haven't read it yet you might like Al Steiner's "Living in Sin", apparently a sequel is sort of on the drawing board at some point https://storiesonline.net/n/47238/living-in-sin
Steiner's Aftermath has a wildly overdrawn HOA Karen, so over the top that "caricature" doesn't really describe her. That said, "Aftermath" is an excellent story and fun read.

Yes, "Living in Sin" is a great read. The ending certainly calls for a sequel.
Any more suggestions?
https://storiesonline.net/s/13709/runaway-train has a conflict between the MC and a "HOA Karen" but it is a long story and that is a minor subplot buried deep in a chapter or two.
The same author had a similar conflict in https://storiesonline.net/s/73779/a-flawed-diamond but that subplot is even more insignificant there and the conflict resolution immediate.
Is it wrong of me to want them to suffer? :)
That's why I make my bad characters really bad. So bad that I need to include tags that might keep someone from reading the story. But when they're really bad, it's okay to hurt or kill them.
it is a very minor part of the story from memory, and the story inactive-incomplete (360k+ words) since the start of 2022, but 'The pool girl' by Leto Armitage has something like this.
the MMC is not in the HOA though many of his neighbours are, including the families of some MFCs. I've not gone back to it in years and doubt it will ever finish. so ymmv but could be worth a look see

Nextdoor neighbor is a bit of a Karen. No revenge other than "Best revenge is to survive"
