I'm looking for stories where a mother or father allows their daughter to be impregnated, but by a non-family member (like a neighbor or the mother's boyfriend). StarryHorizon has a few such stories. I remember one story where a family friend gave money to the newlyweds (or similar) to help them get started, with the daughter to pay back the money with giving the friend a child.
The mother was gone when it came time to pay back, but the father had to allow it against the wishes of the daughter.

Chapter 43 he meets the mother and daughters of an island nation that needs at least one of the daughters become pregnant, before one can become the next queen.
The story is a do-over so some quasi-incest (same body, different mind) teen safe sex before this. It will take a few chapters after this to get to the knock up sex, so not a meet and wham bam story.
