For me, a Re-Do done right requires rebuilding your life in the body you've gotten, not continually switching one in for another. Again, those stories are intriguing and hard to put down, yet I prefer following a single theme through to the end, while a scattershot approach is more frustrating than rewarding.

I ran across that on streaming the other day and started watching it without knowing what it was. I recognized it about as soon as the scene in the bar started, though. I think it would have been better if I hadn't.

Hmm, if it's real time travel in the conventional sense where the time traveler gets transferred into the past – no body swap or changed gender – then the sex with themselves would be homosexual. Either gay or lesbian, depending on the gender of the time traveler.
This scenario wouldn't get me interested apart from how the author handled the memory paradox.
A male time traveler having incestuous sex with a female relative (mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great...-great-grandmother) who is now the same age or younger than he himself would have far more possible outcomes than the standard mother/son, grandmother/grandson scenario and avoids the age difference problems.
There are some stories with this scenario, e.g Lazarus Long having an affair with his mother Maureen when his younger self was a little kid.
Then a short story (don't remember the exact title) "How I became my own grandfather".
A similar story here on SOL about the MC getting involuntarily transferred back in time, meeting his great-grandfather and eventually marrying one of the daughters. I think she was his grandaunt, so he became his own granduncle.

It's currently in a bit of a limbo, but I wrote a story where a futanari woman finds a time traveling flying saucer in the Pine barrens of New Jersey. In the 1970's she gets a girl wasted on "Edibles" and then has fun while she's zonkered. After the fact, she goes into a panic when she finds out that she just knocked up her grandmother! I'm going to finish it some day where she finds her mother as a teen, and shoots herself into mommy's womb!

If I ever write part two, she will head for the mid eighties and shoot herself into her own mom! Her family tree will be a broom-handle! Part three might en-tale a mysterious masked futanari from the future. She'll get horny in a few years, and go back and impregnate herself!
Seem to remember the antagonist in Twice Lucky 2(?) learns how to make his "do-over" in other peoples bodies and may have done what you are asking but I'm not sure. Good coupla stories though :D
