When the site temporarily banned 14-17 year olds, some authors edited their stories to make all the characters 18. That note indicates the author did not go back and reset it.

Also, while not exactly what you want, Thinking Horndog's story "The Heat Wave" is about a guy with the only swimming pool and AC is a low-rent neighbourhood who uses a somewhat joking "Clothing Optional Adult Swim Time" sign as a lever to seduce his neighbour. The neighbour's kids and their friends all adopt the nudity, much to their mother's chagrin. Like I said, not exactly what you want, but it's a fun read on a somewhat compatible topic.
