There's a short one called "Bound For Fun" by Author Obscure (1995). Guy who is an experienced Dom "rents" his neighbour's teen daughter for the night. She's there to learn about the rougher side of sex and is clearly willing, despite most of the dialogue implying otherwise.
Problem is that not only is it not a SOL story, the two site I know that had it are long gone: Kristen's Collection on ASSTR and Frank McCoy's site.

I'll throw in a self-plug for my "The Making of a Filly" where a fresh high school graduate gets coerced into submission and pony play by her debauched aunt. A bit gritty and over the top at times, certainly not SS&C, and it contains incest, so not to everybody's can of beer. In case you actually enjoy that one (it requires a good helping of "willing suspension of disbelief"), captv8td's "Have Faith" will be worth reading too (Filly was written as a tip of the hat to their - elsewhere - pretty prolific work and unique, slightly tongue-in-cheek kind of storytelling).
