I'm not sure of the ramifications of 'free use'. Does telling all your friends they can have free use of your wife one evening count? Or is a it lifestyle thing?

I guess that's one way of considering it.
I suppose free use can be realistic in which it's a couple roleplaying or could be more fantasy with hpnosis/mind control or my personal favourite where the story is set in a world where sex is not hidden and people freely have sex with one another. Stories can involve sharing I guess or be more typical harem fantasy where the protag fucks everyone.
USE would likely be united states of Europe.

I'd probably do a search of the swinging tag and read over summaries if you don't get recommendations. That's where you're most likely to find this stuff.
There are several stories in which one person, usually the male protagonist, is excluded from a family swinging situation. These stories usually imply free use but it's a semi-forced free use (ie, they talk about it as free use but it looks more like grooming where the girls can't say no).
