My story 'Appalachian Pickup'. It's a very short, humorous story in'The Swarm Cycle' universe. MC finds out that he is born out of incest.
Not really a serious treatment of the issue.
A good place to look would be brother/sister incest stories. It's something of a trope (on SOL, anyway) that when the parents eventually find out, they're not too upset because the kids themselves were the product of incest.
Of course, they're written in a fantasy world where there are no birth abnormalities due to the incest.

I've read several on SOL but I can't recall titles and authors because that sort of thing doesn't float my boat. Hopefully other readers will be more help.

I'd check Lubrican's early stories. I'm pretty sure there will be a few in there.
Also look over Eros' author page. There's a lot of full family incest in there. I'm sure at least a few of them a generational, but it's been years since I've read them. Note that these are very old stories and have explicit under-14 sex.
"Incest Is Best" by Kysa Braswell has generation incest content, though I can't recall exactly how the details played out. The main plot was of a 16-year-old boy seducing or being seduced by a 10-year-old girl (basically he's interested then has an attack of conscience until she forces the issue). This is set up by his 12-year-old sister in exchange for his help get her in bed with their father. His solution: ask their Mom (he knows about generational incest, sis does not).
Unfortunately, finding Kysa stories can be a bit tricky these days. Some are in Kristen's Collection, which is an ASSTR subsite. The original site has been gone for years. The fact the the author themselves seems to have been an early internet hoax just muddies the waters. It's highly likely that the story was copy/pasted with slight changes from someone else's work, but who wrote the original and what it's called I have no idea.
I know Art Martin has a few that brush on this topic, but he's not on SOL. They used to be in an ASSTR collection called "Salacious Tales" but I'm not sure if that's still active.
I can recall bits and pieces from several stories that definitely had generational incest, but again we're talking mid-90s stuff. I couldn't begin to tell you titles. The memory that's most clear is of a 9-year-old boy who had wandered into a backyard and discovered a swinging club, was invited to join to keep him quiet, and got one of the women pregnant. I think he married the daughter. The story was being told from his daughter-granddaughter's point-of-view.

In Dastardly Dodo's Family Bible the story's from 3rd person, but parents are (closely) related.
In Rotedrachen's Wizard's Legacy, one of the primary characters is the daughter of first cousins, but she's not the POV character.
Young Thinker had several, but he pulled all of his stories more than a dozen years ago.
I wouldn't be surprised to see something like "a family tradition" somewhere in the title or description.

I've also seen the term "family bed" used in a few stories.
Ah, if you do an Advanced Search for an exact match of "mom and dad are brother and sister" you should get four hits.
Richard the Third has several in which mom and dad are brother and sister revealed after catching the kids.
