"Echo" by reluctant_sir starts out that way. Early in the story the MC puts a stop to the actual primary abuser, but the effects follow along for several more yeas, with some secondary abuse showing up now and then.
I can't remember any incest in "Echo", and I can't remember any in wtsman's https://storiesonline.net/s/13500/speak-now-or-forever-hold-your-peace either. Both are very good stories.
There was one I read very recently - which is likely to mean it was written recently - but I can't remember author or title. A man really dislikes his twin brother's wife (it is mutual) and is shocked when she turns up at his place demanding to speak to him. They are trying for a kid but he had some illness years ago which ruined his ability to procreate. He's starting to suspect this and is getting suicidal, his wife has reached the same conclusion and wants the twin brother to do the deed.
I remember the story. The two are antagonistic to each other until she comes with this request, which he grants because he does not want to take any chance on losing his brother. Afterwards their relationship improves as well.

I'm pretty sure Hawkrider also has a third story on another site, that would fit OP's criteria. Though I'm reluctant to recommend it since the last chapter was a troll-post after the author got upset over people complaining about his typos.
