Milk Run ,from todd d172's Tales from the shack universe ,also ,Nobody from the same universe
Todd_d172's Saint Clair Stories: Soldier Girl, Witch, Succubus, the Siren, the Angel.
The link above goes to his universes page, with links for both Saint Clair and Tales from the Shack.

Series of three books. Female MC Gwen shares the leading role with male MC & boyfriend/lover/fiance/husband Steve.
Great reading but pretty much tongue-in-cheek.
Oyster50's Smart Girl universe.
While some of the 20 stories are entirely told by their male partners, the females are the MCs in all stories.
Start with either Cindy, Christina or Nikki. After all three, their sequel: Community.

Not finished but thoughtful and funny, I also like her other story Columbus
I second the Samantha K suggestion
Russel Hoisington's Wynter series might work, with a caveat. Although 11-year-old Wynter is the main character, the first story is mostly from her father's POV. Later stories focus more on her thoughts and POV.
There's a story called Lola: A Remarkable Life (2014) by Jimmy James. It was on SOL at one point, but I can't find it or the author any more. I'm not sure if it's available elsewhere.
No tag for female protagonist, unfortunately. About the only thing I can think of is to search for female sounding author names and check their posts. For example, Kelly85's stories are likely all female POV.

That author was banned along with his/her other names. The stories were full of underage sex with children from toddlers on up, including torture and snuff.
No question it had some pretty extreme stuff; I read a few chapters and stopped because it was really not my bag. The author also displayed many of the bad habits associated with long stories, like repetition and an increased blandness of descriptions over time.
But it was female protag...
"B J Jones" stories by jballs.
Once More With Feelings by The Night Hawk. The MC is a guy who gets to do-over as a girl, but basically the entire novel is from the girl's point of view.
Remix by Detroitmechworks is another one using the same concept. A Breaches Play by the same author is consistently a FMC story (albeit with some cross-dressing).
Lexi Redux by Harry Carton.
Most of Gina Marie Wylie's stories have FMCs.
I can recommend PrettyInPink's "Amber" and "Twins" stories, like https://storiesonline.net/s/68892/weekend-at-grandmas and its sequels. Sadly, PrettyInPink passed away and now her stories are only available to "premium" users. I really enjoyed her slightly ironic writing style.
Another good one is Quasirandom - check out https://storiesonline.net/s/23126/kiss-the-girls
Another from oyster50 (not part of his Smart Girls universe):
Carlie, only 12 chapters, six told by Bob, six told by Carlie herself, how they met and how it went on; but 16yo Carly is clearly the MC.
HM.
I'll second this rec. Its a well done story.
In dead tree press the Kris Longknife space opera series has a female MC. Think Honor Harrington for Millenials. Honor Harrington was hornblower for Gen X.
hornblower
Whore Ratio Horn Blower? He used a trumpet to inform the crew how many prostitutes were available in a new port they were arriving at.
BarBar's Bec - Lost in the Maze universe, even including the last story even though we don't hear from Bec as much in that one, she's still the MC and the main secondary character is also female.
Gina Marie Wylie still has a few:
Tangent and its sequel The Cost of Time
The Mystery of Magic
The Private Eye... stories probably
The Kirstie stories possibly
black_coffee's stories Sparks and The Gunny and Lenore
A couple of shorts:
First Times also by BarBar - warning, this one is a bit brutal.
Scrunchie by Misstaken (Premier) Bit of a cheat noting this one as the narrator is male, but he's not the MC
Another hunting ground would be looking for Lesbian stories.
There's a series I'm trying to think of about a female private detective. Very well written, if memory serves.
Paige
Would you be thinking about Kinsey Millhone a private detective created by Sue Grafton? She later used her in a series of books based on on the alphabet, A is for Arson, B is for . . . .
Actually, I was being too clever by half. I was referring to my own stories in the Winter Jennings universe. Winter is the protagonist in several adventures.
Although, Kinsey is great, as is Stephanie Plum by Janet Evanovich.
Paige
Sorry I totally missed your allusion. I was suffering from having witnessed a flagrant misuse of literary license --
Whore Ratio Horn Blower?
I consider these two to be pretty decent, all things considered, but I may be slightly biased.
Love Never Changes
Legacy of a Legend
In dead tree:
David Weber's Honorverse (Honor Harrington; but some stories have other female protagonists).
John Ringo's Black Tide Rising Series (Faith and Sophia Smith).
John Ringo's Princess of Wands and it's sequel Queen of Wands.
P.G. Allison's Missy the Werecat (10 books) and its spin-off Tracy the Firewitch (3 books) [sorry, only Kindle]
Many of Anne McCaffrey's books have female protagonists, e.g. Dragonsong, Dragonsinger and other "Dragons of Pern" books, the Acorna series, the Brain Ships (The Ship Who Sang etc.), the Planet Pirates trilogy, ...
Here on SOL:
Old Man with a Pen's Flintkote and Sunny Corner series.
HM.
Just to add some more dead tree books
Sharon Lee's Archers Beach/Carousel Series), and in her Liaden Universe: Fledgling and Saltation.
Wen Spencer's Elfhome Universe (Tinker, Wolf Who Rules, Elfhome, Wood Sprites, Project Elfhome) and her Eight Million Gods.
And last but not least some R.A. Heinlein books and stories.
HM.
Dead tree author Laural K. Hamilton has 2 series Anita Blake Necromancer and Meredith Gentry about dangerous faerie.
Dead tree author JD Robb (Pen name for Nora Roberts) has the In Death series. It Follows homicide detective Eve Dallas

Trudy Tolliver 4 Stories by Souvie
Intrepid reporter Trudy Tolliver will do just about anything to get a story.
P G Allison's 'Missy the Werecat' and T S Paul's 'Federal Witch' series are both very good stories with strong female characters, both leading and in supporting roles.
OOPS!
I knew that, and am sorry I posted that. In the spirit of why he changed his author name I deleted my post. May I ask that you delete this thread to help preserve it.
