The story with the most congruent shape to most of those I can think of is Living Next Door to Heaven by aroslav.
You need to read the whole incomplete series to get the effect , but the Dizyntk Imperium universe might also scratch that itch.

Another possibility is Variation on a Theme by Grey Wolf, of which volume 4 is still in progress.
I'll plug for my own Arkadia since I enjoyed writing it and still find it an entertaining read as do others. Hopefully you will as well.

Check out the stories by Fantasy Lover. There isn't a connection between most of them like some of those on your list, but the story quality is high, and they are all good reads.
