Love this story any like it
Shaddoth has a dozen stories on SOL. The Smith is the longest and has the highest score, over 9 so you may enjoy that as one "like it".
Thanks I have read all of his stories they are great. Was looking g for dungeon levels characters etc.
Across Eternity: Book 1 by Sage of the Forlorn Path has some elements that might interest you.
Would You Like to Play Again: Book 1: First Steps by James Howlette.
I'm trying to find another story that took an ordinary teen boy and made him the rightful heir to a space empire and included visiting dungeons, exotic creatures, crystals etc but I couldn't find it, so it may have been removed.

The Wolves by Exigaet? Incomplete, but has a lot of elements @OP asked for.
That genre is named LitRPG or with no leveling requirement GameLit see:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LitRPG
A new tag was introduced on SOL to cover that:
https://storiesonline.net/stories/bytag/gamelit
The SOL definition is rather unclear "Stories with gaming elements essential to the plot. Often includes features of Science Fiction, Fantasy, or Science Fantasy." so the Tag is sometimes misused.
Personally, my favorite in that genre is "The Wandering Inn" by Pirateaba, a web serial (11M words so far) unfortunately not on this site.
