I vaguely remember one by aubie56, in which women were allocated to men by the state. Unfortunately I have been unable to track it down. Perhaps an aubie56 fan might recall the title.

I think you're confusing martial law with Martian law. Not to be confused with Marshall's Law, a proposed comedy series that only had one episode.

Actually, that's Marshall Law. Marshal's Law was British from about 10 years ago. I'm not sure if it ever even aired. (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2765970/reference/)
