Right now, in iOS/Safari, when I tap Top Lists & More on the home page, I don't get the submenu expanded — I get nothing. The label changes to Hide Top Lists, like before, but no lists. Tapping that returns it to Top Lists & More.
I've tried closing the app and powering the phone off then on again.
ETA: Same behavior using the unofficial browser on my Kobo. (Don't know what it is, possibly an Opera derivative, that's been an unsupported "beta" feature for several years.)
