The new Messages and Notifications sestion only allows 1 selection in the top two sections (Pending Messages & Email me copies). Not sure if this is by design or not but you're using the same name (mail_notif_interval).

I had a problem at my most recent renewal, my email provided had changed, excite.com, went out of business, or more precisely referred its users to a different provider who wanted about $15 a year to keep the same service. Fortunately Lazeez was willing to accept my message telling him about the change and sent the information to the new address. I suggest if you are going to change your email address you let SOL know pretty much when it happens.
