Unable to log onto sites

I can Log-On to SOL, Fin, and SciFi with no problem and even be Logged in but when I try to enter Bookapy or The Clitorides Awards I get sent to a Log-On screen User Name Password no problem then I get a Confirm Account screen where before I had no problem with getting an email with the code. I don't get the code in my email even if I click resend code and still no email in either the inbox or the spam box.

I tried to even go into my account and change from email to text msg but when I click update under Security Setting (I think that is the right spot)

I get the Log-On screen with User Name password afan no problem but then again stuck at Confirm Account screen as I can find no email,

You might try clearing cookies/data from your browser, if you haven't already done that.

As for the code, double-check it's not in your spam folder.

As for the code, double-check it's not in your spam folder.

Tried that before asking and I checked the spam folder as well even went as far as to completely empty both inbox and spam clear cookies and browser history closed and reopened my web browser and still no problem getting into SOL, Fine, and SciFi just not able to get into Bookapy and The Clitorides Awards. Was working up to a week ago.

That's odd. If you're logged into SOL, just click the Bookapy or Clitorides link on the home page and you should be logged right in with no issues.

We don't have verify changes by text message, only code by email.

I tried and still locked at Confirm Account page waiting on email WHAT is really strange if I click the homepage button for The Clitorides Awards I have to enter in User Name/Password and then stopped at the Confirm Account page but today you have the YELLOW banner for "Clitorides awards nominations are open" and if I click that I'm taken to the Clitoride Homepage but it still asks me to Log In and again stuck at the Confirm Account page.

I even checked my other email address that is only used for business just to be sure that the codes where not being sent to that account. I had a little trouble when you first changed to the new log in but that was fixed and I even white listed the SOL emails then.

It may be beneficial to Lazeez if you provide your hardware/software specifics.

Like computer or tablet or phone and OS and browser and email app, etc.

Thanks, but it doesn't help.

Try this:

Click log out on SOL. You'll end up on the log in page again.

Don't log in.

Go back to storiesonline and click log in, then log in to storiesonline.

Once you're returned to storiesonline, click the clitorides link in the left column on the home page.

Technically, that should just log you in to the clitorides with no issues.

Same thing for bookapy. Again, once logged into storiesonline properly, transfer to the other sites (any of them) should be seemless.

Lazeez Jiddan Figured out that my email provider themselves sbcglobal.net was blocking the emails on their end keeping me from receiving the confirmation code but once again he proved that he is the GREATEST and fixed my problem of Logging In.
