I have noticed that in the last day, quite a few of my attempts to add new stories were tagged as "cued for later posting". Is this a bug, or simply something I have seen because I am posting more stories than usual?

We have an implicit limit of 3 stories per author per 24 hours.
If you post more, we'll delay the excess.
It's done so that no author can overwhelm the new stories list.
ETA: We have another limit too. If you post a new serial story and you post a new chapter less than 18 hours after the initial posting of the story, then the new chapter isn't announced. So that no story can be on top of the new stories list and the updates list at the same time.
Lazeez will probably answer about if it's a bug etc. However, whatever you posted goes into the que and will be posted after the moderators check the que, which is usually twice a day and sometime more often if they feel like it.
There are also 2 ways where you can post a story today and direct the system to have it posted on a set date other than the next visit by the moderator. One method is done by placing code into the story that sets a future date and time (a.m. or p.m.) for posting, and the other is part of the Submission Wizard where you can select a date for it to be posted instead of selecting 'Immediately' as the 'when to post' option. If you've chosen either of those options it will show as for posting later. I know this as I've used both systems.
edit to add: beaten by 13 seconds and with information I didn't know.

The code inside the text only works for chapters. To schedule the initial posting of a story, you have to use the submission wizard's facilities.
Thank you for that, it is what I suspected but was not sure.
In all the years I have posted here, I rarely post more than 1 new story a week. Or more than 1 update a day. This is a bit unusual, so the first time I hit it.
Thank you for the response. As I said, was not complaining. I was just curious if I had hit a limit I had not known about earlier or not. Now that I know it was me, my question is answered. And I fully understand the reasoning behind it.
