HMM. after you get our editing comments for the authors done, and the ability to email our commentors done. is it possible for the author to have one comment that is always on the top of the rest of his comments on each story?

You can add an end note to the story. It wouldn't be part of the comments, but it would always be right at the end of the last chapter right above the comments.
